The Big Ten Code of Conduct
At Millwood School, the responsibility for good conduct rests on the student. Students follow a code of conduct called The Millwood Big Ten. Each student signs this pledge annually.
As a Millwood Student I will be a positive role model by:
- Striving for excellence in scholarship, leadership, and sportsmanship.
- Taking pride in my personal appearance and following the dress code.
- Striving for acceptable, healthful, and positive behaviors.
- Listening while others speak.
- Taking pride in Millwood School.
- Sharing.
- Doing my best to bring honor to Millwood School.
- Always showing respect for people and property.
- Being responsible.
- Using good manners, being kind and courteous and considerate of others.
At Millwood, no one has the right to keep a teacher from teaching or a student from learning. Anyone who chooses to do so loses the privilege of being in class. |
