This exciting adventure is open to children from all neighborhoods and makes use of the excellent facilities of Millwood School, including the gym if the weather is wet or too hot.

Millwood School is located at 15100 Millwood School Lane in Midlothian, Virginia, adjacent to the Woodlake community in western Chesterfield County.
LUNCH AND SNACK
Campers enrolled in the morning session need to bring a snack. Campers enrolled in both morning and afternoon sessions need to bring a snack and a lunch. Finally, campers who stay for PM Care should bring an additional snack. All lunches and snacks must be labeled with the camper’s name.
ONLINE REGISTRATION AND CONFIRMATION
Applications may be completed online. A separate registration should be completed for each child. A confirmation and orientation email will be sent to all campers’ parents/guardians upon receipt of registration. For this reason and purposes of reliable communication, all registering parents/guardians MUST provide a working email address.
Parents/Guardians may choose to pay full tuition at the time of registration or in two or four installments by credit card or check. However, a deposit of 20% of the total camp price will be due at the time of registration for each child registered. Full tuition is due prior to the camper’s first week at Summer Program.
A refund will not be given unless requested in writing three weeks prior to the opening date of the session(s) for which you have enrolled. Twenty percent (20%) of total fees is non-refundable. Allow three to four weeks of processing time for a refund. No refund will be given if the camper is dismissed because of disciplinary action.

Register by April 15, 2016 and receive $10 off per session! Be sure to check the “Early Bird Discount” box when registering online.
CANCELLATION OF CLASSES
All classes are subject to minimum and maximum enrollment requirements. Under-enrolled programs may be cancelled. Register early to avoid class waiting lists!
HEALTH AND SAFETY
It is imperative that all health information is completed on the online registration form. Please be especially detailed when providing allergy information. Even if your child has attended Millwood School Summer Program in previous years, health forms and immunization records must be completed for the current year. You can send these as attachments to firstname.lastname@example.org or mail them to the school. Address to Attn: Summer Program.
A school nurse is not on duty during the Summer Program; however, there is always a person on staff who is trained in CPR and first aid. Millwood School is within minutes of a hospital should an emergency arise.
DROP OFF AND PICK UP
On the Monday of each session, please arrive a few minutes early and park in one of the parking lots on either side of the school before walking your camper through the front doors to the registration desk. There, a director or counselor can check your camper in and inform you of any missing documents. For the rest of the week, CITs (Counselors in Training) can help your camper out of the car and into the school where someone will be waiting to check him/her in. Pick up is at 11:30 a.m. for the morning session and 3:30 p.m. for the afternoon session. Please pull into the traffic loop in front of the school and move with the line of traffic. Please do not get out of your vehicle. A counselor or CIT will bring your camper to your car when it is safe. For AM Care, please bring your child to the computer lab, which is just inside the front doors and to the right. You can also pick up your camper here during PM Care. If you wish to pick up your camper early or would like to arrange for someone else to pick up him/her, a written and signed note must be sent to the director in advance.
